Tasting Notes - Winemaker Notes "This wine demonstrates a strong bouquet, marked by elegant and intense aromas of ripe red fruit like cherries, plums and blueberries, in addition to cassis blended with notes of chocolate, mocha and cedar. Very dense and concentrated, with mature and noticeable tannins. In addition, the wine displays a very good balance between the tannins.
A great match with red meat, pork, and heavier foul and game."
