Shipping policy

If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at onlinesales@el-carajo.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. Any items that cannot be delivered will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and charged for shipping after the removal of any free shipping discount.
