Tasting Notes

Layered aromas span stone fruit and citrus, with peach, apricot, and candied orange leading. The palate turns nectar-like with butterscotch and baking spice, finishing creamy, rich, and balanced.

Food Paring

Pair with blue cheese, foie gras, or almond tart for a classic sweet-salty interplay. It’s also wonderful with apricot or citrus desserts, or simply served on its own as a dessert course.

Professional Reviews

96 James Suckling

"Delicious and aromatic Sauternes-like wine with a spicy, exotic character. It shows dried persimmon, candied peach, fresh honey, saffron and propolis aromas and flavors. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and creamy, with a long aftertaste. Very solid, balanced and focused. Really perfumed and flavorful. Drink or hold."
