Tasting Notes - Very deep, dark ruby-red color is not quite opaque. Initially cedar & notes of coffee grounds aromas dominate, but ripe dark fruit takes over. Ripe fruit on the attack is underpinned by good acidity & combines beautifully with well balanced oak notes. The wine is medium to full bodied & the tannic structure is silky. Alcohol is balanced & cedary complexity overlays ripe fruit on the long finish
