Tasting Notes

Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is dark ruby red, opening with chocolate, black currant, ripe blackberry, marionberry, toasted oak, dark cherry, cedar, licorice, cured meat, spice, and crushed stones. The palate is rich and complex, showing ripe dark fruits, chocolate cherry, plum, toffee, blackberry pie, firm acidity, smooth velvety tannins, and a lingering fruit-forward finish.

Food Paring

Pair this Napa Valley Cabernet with grilled steak, lamb, short ribs, game, beef, poultry, or mature hard cheeses to complement its ripe dark fruit and velvety tannins. It also works beautifully with portobello mushrooms, burgers, barbecue, and cozy roasted dishes when you want a plush, crowd-pleasing Cabernet with plenty of polish.
