"Palomino Fino from the vineyards of Carrascal and Macharnudo, owned by the family for over 100 years. Light yellow with a green tinge. Nutty aromas with cookies, fresh orange zest, marzipan and a touch of iodine. Crisp and textured on the palate, grapefruit and peanut, dry, racy acidity, harmonious balance and salty notes on the long finish. The classic aperitif, always serve well chilled."
