Tasting Notes

Coral-hued and expressive, featuring pomegranate, lychee, and guava alongside rose and freshly picked red berries with subtle warm spice. The palate is fresh yet rounded, finishing elegantly with peppermint and pink grapefruit notes.

Food Paring

Pair with salmon, tuna, or shellfish to amplify its freshness and subtle structure. Charcuterie or duck with a citrus element also complements its red-fruit and grapefruit finish.

"Effervescent in the figurative as much as the literal sense, this flamingo-pink beauty flaunts an irrepressible bead and an intense nose of red apple, watermelon, and wild strawberry enhanced by hints of shortbread and spiced, almost curried, almond. Pure silk on entry thanks in part to brilliantly inte- grated acidity, it carries on its fairly full frame cream-splashed red berries with midpalate flashes of pomelo and peach; a faint trace of cucumber melds with candied ginger on the long finish. Roughly a quarter of the blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay is composed of reserve wine, while nearly 20% of the Pinot Noir was vinified as red wine. "

Region Information

Champagne is a famous wine region in northeastern France, exclusively associated with traditional‑method sparkling wine. Produced mainly from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, Champagne benefits from a cool climate and chalky soils that contribute to high acidity and finesse. Champagne wines are celebrated for their elegance, complexity, and fine bubbles, symbolizing premium sparkling wine worldwide.

France is one of the world’s most influential wine-producing countries, with a deep history that shapes global wine standards. Regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and the Rhône Valley are benchmarks for quality and tradition. French wines emphasize the concept of terroir, highlighting how geography and climate affect flavor. The country produces everything from fine sparkling wines to age-worthy reds and elegant whites.
