Tasting Notes

This proprietary red opens with savory Cabernet notes layered over Petite Sirah dark fruit, cocoa powder, caramel, anise, black cherry, dried violets, cedar shavings, cloves, plum, blackberry compote, blackcurrant, mocha, and spice. The palate is bright, focused, full-bodied, creamy, and supple, with polished tannins, ripe red and black fruit, mineral complexity, and a firm appetizing finish.
