Tasting Notes - Biodynamic aged red wine of world class. Intense deep cherry red with ruby coloured tears. Lush rich nose with both primary and secondary hints, black roses, red and black berries , brushwood, mushrooms, humus and red peppers. Dried Mediterranean herbs alternate constantly. Balance at its best with a flawless harmony in de distinctive texture with a sumptuous long complex finish. Wonderful wine to enjoy on its own. Also excellent with roasted red and pink meat, very naturally prepared and subtly seasoning. Unique with noble small fowl in grape leaves. Always decant several hours in advance.
