Tasting Notes

Pale cherry-pink and bright in the glass, this Brut Rosé shows constant fine bubbles and exuberant aromas of forest fruits, fresh strawberries, raspberries, red apple, and balsamic notes. The palate is smooth and structured, with lively acidity, delicate tannins, integrated bubbles, a subtle sweet touch, and a long refreshing aftertaste.

Food Paring

Serve this vibrant Corpinnat rosé as an aperitif or pair it with white meats, risottos, and spicy Eastern-inspired dishes. Its lively bubbles, fresh red-fruit profile, and tangy finish also make it a charming match for fruit desserts, chocolate desserts, and festive starters.

Professional Reviews

91 Vinous

"The 2022 Brut Rosé, part of the Corpinnat group, blends 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnatxa and 20% Pinot Noir with up to two years on the lees. Bright cherry in color, it delivers aromas of red candy and ripe cherry in a primary style. Slightly indulgent—the 7 g/l dosage accentuates the sweetness of the fruit—it has lively bubbles, mouthfilling freshness and a finish that combines candy notes with a faint chalky texture."

89 Wine Advocate

"The 2022 Rosé Brut Reserva was produced with a blend of 60% Monastrell and 20% each Garnacha and Pinot Noir. It has 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 2.95 that is balanced by seven grams of sugar from the dosage. It was disgorged after some 18 months and is a young and fruit-driven wine. It has a bright pink color, a mellow palate with integrated acidity and concentration from a warm, ripe and low-yielding year and a sweetish twist in the finish. Drink 2025-2027."
