Tasting Notes - Descorchados "One of the very good values for money in Chilean coastal sauvignon blanc (and there are several examples of the category), this one comes from vineyards planted about 15 years ago in Leyda, very close to the sea in the San Antonio Valley, on the coast of central Chile. The aromas are lively and fresh, reminiscent of herbs and citrus fruits, the body is juicy and moderated by crunchy acidity and mouthwatering fruit flavors. Ideal for aguachiles."
