Tasting Notes - Descorchados "For this sauvignon, Haras de Pirque uses grapes from third parties in the Leyda Valley, a coastal terroir that has produced very good examples of the variety. Vinified without the influence of oak, only in stainless steel, this is a classic example of marine sauvignon, with its aromas of herbs and ripe white fruits. On the palate it feels creamy, but refreshing at the same time thanks to its juicy and lively acidity. And all that for a price that is truly a bargain."
