Description
Varietal - Cava Blend
Region - Penedes, Spain
Tasting Notes - Not only does Freixenet Ice Rosé Cuvee come in a very attractive package, it has a one-hundred and fifty-year history of being bottled in Barcelona. This wine is a “semi-seco” rose cava which means that it is a made a little sweeter and richer to offset the balance from the chill of ice and so it will not be diluted by the ice. The note is a ripe red woodland fruit note. Foods that go really well with it are duck, fruit salads, and sweet desserts.
