Tasting Notes - Bright red and intense cherry colour. An amazingly refined expression of dark fruit, plum, black cherry, tobacco, smoke while tantalised by mocha in the background. A seducing, rich and elegant attack on the nose rich with spices. Mellow tannins with its long finish. Yields are very low and this wine is very concentrated. But its honestly an art. You really do want to get the very last drop. Make sure you have some more gamey red meat on the table for this.
