Tasting Notes

Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry are layered with subtle floral notes, forest floor, and gentle spice. The palate is medium?bodied and elegant, offering juicy red fruit, fine tannins, and a clean, mineral?tinged finish.

Food Paring

Pairs well with roast chicken, duck, or pork tenderloin, where the wine’s acidity lifts savory flavors. It also complements mushroom dishes and lightly spiced vegetarian fare.

Professional Reviews

93 James Suckling

"A refined and ethereal nose of red berries, wet forest floor, roses and grapefruit. Juicy and medium-bodied on the palate, with elegant, naturally expressive strawberry and raspberry flavors. A long and delineated finish, even though it lacks serious depth. Quite poised and very true to its identity. Delicious now, but can hold for a few years."
